We Plan It All
For groups who would rather enjoy the trip than plan it, or when one host is covering everyone. Gatherwell designs, books and manages the whole journey and is on call while you travel. Group planning is CA$250 per couple for groups of ten or more.
Plan It Yourself With Groups by Gatherwell
Our group trip planner, built by working travel advisors. Nine guided steps take your group from dates and budget to flights, stays and a final itinerary. Everyone votes, nobody chases, and you get real supplier rates behind every step. From $19 USD a month. Only the organizer subscribes; travellers join free.

Group Travel Questions
How many people make a group?
Our Group Program is for ten or more travellers. Smaller groups can choose Silver or Gold planning, or plan with Groups by Gatherwell.
How far ahead should we start?
Multi-family groups usually start about a year ahead to secure the best rooms and pricing. Smaller groups can often plan in 6 to 9 months.
Can each traveller pay separately?
Yes. Everyone gets their own payment schedule.
What if someone has to cancel?
Cancellation rules depend on the hotel, cruise line or supplier. We explain them before anyone pays and recommend travel insurance for every traveller.
What's the difference between the app and full service?
With Groups by Gatherwell, your organizer plans with our guided tools and supplier rates. With full service, Gatherwell plans and books everything for you.
